၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်၊ စက်တင်ဘာ (၁၀) ရက်နေ့၊ နေ့လယ် (၁) နာရီကျော်ခန့်မှစ၍ အာရက္ခပြည်၊ ရသေ့တောင် မြို့နယ်အတွင်းရှိ ကိုးတန်ကောက်ကျေးရွာ၏ အနောက်ဘက် (၆.၇၅) ကီလိုမီတာခန့်အကွာတွင်လည်းကောင်း၊ ချိန်ခါလီရွာ၏အနောက်ဘက် (၆.၇၂) ကီလိုမီတာ ခန့်အကွာတွင်လည်းကောင်း ဘင်္ဂလားဒေ့ရှ် ငါးခိုးဖမ်းဘုတ် အစီး (၈၀) ခန့်သည် အာရက္ခရေပိုင်နက်အတွင်း၌ အစုလိုက်အပြုံလိုက် တရားမဝင် ကျူးကျော်ဝင်ရောက် ငါးခိုးဖမ်းခဲ့ကြ သည်။ ဤသည်ကို မိမိတို့၏ အာရက္ခကမ်းခြေစောင့်တပ်ဖွဲ့ဝင်များမှ လိုက်လံဖမ်းဆီးရာ ငါးခိုးဖမ်းဘုတ် (၅) စီးကို သာ ဖမ်းဆီးနိုင်ခဲ့ပြီး ဥပဒေနှင့်အညီ စိစစ်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန် ကမ်းစပ်သို့ ညနေ (၇) နာရီခန့်အချိန်တွင် ခေါ်ဆောင် လာခဲ့ပါသည်။

ယင်းသို့ ခေါ်ဆောင်လာစဉ် အဆိုပါ ဘင်္ဂလားဒေ့ရှ် ငါးခိုးဖမ်းဘုတ် (၅) စီးထဲမှ ငါးဖမ်းသမားများအဖြစ် ဟန်ဆောင် လိုက်ပါလာသော အကြမ်းဖက်သမားများပါဝင်သည့် ငါးခိုးဖမ်းဘုတ် (၁) စီးမှ အကြမ်းဖက်သမားများသည် ကမ်းခြေလုံခြုံရေးတာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်နေကြသည့် မိမိတို့၏ လုံခြုံရေးအရာရှိ တစ်ဦးနှင့် ကမ်းခြေစောင့်တပ်ဖွဲ့ဝင် တစ်ဦးတို့အား သတ်ဖြတ်ကာ လက်နက်များကိုပါလုယူ၍ ဘင်္ဂလားဒေ့ရှ်နိုင်ငံ ရေပိုင်နက်ထဲသို့ ထွက်ပြေးသွားခဲ့ကြ သည်။

အာရက္ခရေပိုင်နက်အတွင်းသို့ တရားမဝင် ကျူးကျော်ဝင်ရောက် ငါးခိုးဖမ်းသူများကို အာရက္ခတပ်တော်မှ ဖမ်းဆီး စစ်ဆေးခဲ့သည်မှာ အကြိမ်ပေါင်းမြောက်မြားစွာရှိခဲ့ပြီဖြစ်ပြီး နှစ်ဖက်အပြန်အလှန်လေးစားမှုဖြင့် ၎င်းတို့အား အကြိမ်ကြိမ် ပြန်လည်လွှဲပြောင်းပေးအပ်ကာ အကြိမ်ကြိမ်သတိပေးခဲ့ပြီးဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ယခုတစ်ကြိမ်သည် အာရက္ခရေပိုင်နက်အတွင်းသို့ အစုလိုက်အပြုံလိုက် ဗြောင်ကျကျ ကျူးကျော်ဝင်ရောက် ငါးခိုးဖမ်းရုံသာမက ကမ်းခြေလုံခြုံရေး တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်နေသူများကိုပါ သတ်ဖြတ်၍ လက်နက်လုယူခြင်းသည် အကြမ်းဖက်သော လုပ်ရပ်မျိုးဖြစ်ပြီး မိမိတို့အနေဖြင့် ထိထိရောက်ရောက် ကိုင်တွယ်လုပ်ဆောင်သွားမည် ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ထုတ်ပြန် အပ်ပါသည်။

On September 10, 2025, around 1:00 PM, approximately 80 Bangladeshi fishing boats illegally entered Arakan waters and engaged in poaching, located about 6.75 km west of Koetankauk village and 6.72 km west of Chainkharli village in Rathedaung Township, Arakan State. The Arakan Coast Guard pursued and managed to apprehend only five of these boats, bringing them to the shore around 7:00 PM for legal inspection and processing.

During the transfer, one of the five apprehended boats, carrying terrorists disguised as fishermen, attacked and killed one Arakan security officer and one coast guard member, seizing their weapons before fleeing to Bangladeshi territorial waters.

The Arakan Army has repeatedly apprehended and released illegal fishermen with mutual respect and issued multiple warnings, but this incident, involving blatant poaching and the murder of security personnel, constitutes a terrorist act, and we will take decisive action to address it, as announced herein.
