The News on the dignified release of one SAC government staff and one civilian from Rathedaung township taken into custody by the ULA/AA

Private teacher U Zaw Hein Twan, aged 38, from Rathedaung and another one is officer SAE U Hsan Lurn Awng, aged 45, from the Department of Industrial Supervision under the Rakhine State SAC, the two whom the ULA/AA has taken into custody on suspicion at Ku-Taung village, Rathedaung township on June 24, 2022, are now released in dignity on June 26, 2022.
Our Arakan Army forces have taken into custody U Hsan Lurn Awng on suspicion because the address in his ID card is mentioned as “artillery camp”, a younger brother of his father is an active military soldier from AaMaTa(373) situated in Sittwe and he personally also cannot speak Rakhine language well.
We have released them in Nga-La-Pra boat port, Mu-Zay Island, Rathedaung township at 3 PM, June 26 in good shape because, under our investigation, U Hsan Lurn Awng and U Zaw Hein Twan are not from the military sector.
