Confession of Deputy Police Chief who got involved in the execution of 7 Rakhine civilians including Phoe La Pyae (Rakhine Rap Singer/Social Influencer) and Phoe Thiha (Myanmar Journalist) on Jan 23, 2024. This war crime atrocity is committed at Light Infantry Battalion 378 in Mrauk U while the prisoners were detained at the detention center of central post there.
